Traditionally, only oolong tea has the process of roasting, which broadens its diversity when compared to other kinds of tea. Due to the tea roasting, a single variety of tea can generate ten different styles of oolong tea. In fact, every type of tea can be roasted and create richer flavor variations.

In contrast to coffee roasting, which requires high temperatures for just a short period, tea-roasting requires low temperatures (40°C to 120°C) over an extended time. As the tea is roasted, both the flavor and aroma will change, some imperfections will be corrected, and the caffeine amount will decrease.

Oolong tea, for instance, can exhibit a variety of flavors and scents throughout the process of tea roasting, including cookies, caramel, nuts, and smoky, in addition to its natural flavor and aroma from the variety of tea tree.

From passionately Fruity Tea to Nuts Tea that is rich and warm, as well as the elegant and delicate of the Honey Tea, the tea collections of Kochill Tea include specially crafted Ocean Tea that based on japanese style green tea. Kochill Tea focuses on the process of roasting, enabling all the tea lovers explore the diversities of tea with our rich experience and innovation.
